A REVIEW ON THE RESEARCH ACTUALITIES ABOUT CHRYSOTILE ASBESTOS TEMPLATE ASSEMBLED SEMICONDUCTOR QUANTUM WIRES

Semiconductor quantum wires are one kind of nano materials,which have huge applied potential.Using the natural nano tube chrysotile asbestos as template for assembling semiconductor quantum wires is a promising method.This paper summarizes the research actualities about chrysotile asbestos template assembled semiconductor quantum wires by means of concluding the assemble methods,the capabilities and applications of the gained semiconductor quantum wires.At last,discusses the assembling methods,and forecasts further research directions and potential applications about the semiconductor quantum wires.
