Discussion on the performance evaluation method of geological survey plan and project: a case study of mineral geological survey

According to the requirements of performance management，combined with the actual management of geological survey project，aimed at the geological survey plan and project，the index system，standards and applicable conditions of target assessment method and cost-benefit analysis are putted forward.Finally，the post performance evaluation of copper polymetallic deposit in Zhongdian area，Yunnan Province confirmations that the evaluation methods and indicators are actionable，which can be more comprehensive，scientific reflect the performance of geological survey projects.
