Study on evaluating indicator system of the sustainable development ability in uranium mining industry based on circular economy

This paper takes circular economy theory and scientific development concept of sustainable development as the basis,combined with characteristics of uranium production, establishes evaluating indicator system of the sustainable development ability in uranium mining industry based on circular economy.According to the basic principles of the system and science, dynamics and stability, operational and the comparability, the indicator system includes four system constitutions by resources, economy, environment and intellectual support, which resources system consists of two basic index layer, the economic system consists of three basic index layer, environmental systems includes the two basic index layer, intellectual support system includes two basic index layer. Each basic index layer also contains a specific index layers, and mostly quantitative indicators, and has made the detailed explanation to the indicator system.
