DISCUSSION ABOUT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION OF CIRCULATORY ECONOMY IN COAL ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDED ELECTRIC POWER

Coal is a sort of resouce that connt be regenerated,and the problem of intelligent use of resource and realizing the sustaining development of society and economy is increasingly distinct.The circulatory economy study centered on coal is important to the sustaining development and ecological construction.According to the scientific development view and the ratiancy theory of coal industry,the circulatory economy system centered on coal has been studied using the analysis method of circulatory economy theory.In this paper,the systematic network of coal\|environmental protection—electric power—agriculture in the radiant network of coal industry has been composed,the analysis of intermedium exchange in related industries has been carried on,and the three levels in the network have been revealed.The flow directon of medium,scale and releveant extent in the circulatory economy network have also been studied and the control model and appraisal method of circulatory economy system have been constructed.
