Evaluation on the management risk for overseas mining investment

The management activities run throughout the process of overseas mining investment,which Chinese mining companies had been achieving great development in recent years.So it is helpful to assess the risks existing in overseas mining investment and reduce it.First,an assessment index system was established after identified the main factors that including financial risk,cross-cultural risk,intangible assets risk.Second,analyzed the management risk of overseas mining investment with triangular fuzzy number.Finally,applied with a certain project,that showed it is of low risk.
