Study on the financial problems of shale gas industryand policies suggestion

Shale gas is an unconventional nature gas resource that different of traditional nature gas.There are abundant shale gas resources in China.Exploring and developing of shale gas has great significance for China in increasing nature gas energy supply and ensuring long-term sustainable growth of china’s economy.But the shale gas industry is still at its early stage,the exploration enterprises face grate risk at present,so the governmentshouldstrengthen the investigation and evaluation of the pre tender blocks to reduce the exploration risk andmakepoliciesto assist in the recycling of exploration enterprisesliquidity.For the production enterprises,because they have been able to get some cash flow andare easier to obtain financial supports,so the policy shouldaccording to the economy of shale gas production.When the enterprise can gain profit by reasonable management,the subsidy policies should be abolished.It suggests that the current policy should make a littleadjustaccording tothe developingdifficulties,andshould include some incentive factorsin policies.
