A SUMMARY AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION OF THE RESEARCH ON PROPERTY RIGHTS OF MINERAL RESOURCES IN OUR COUNTRY

The management system of mineral resources in our country has experienced evolution from plan system to market system,which results in widespread research on mineral resources especially on its property rights.The research content on property rights of mineral resources in our country mainly focus on the following aspects:research on the property right's character of mineral resources;research on the meaning of defining property rights of mineral resources;research on the market of mining industry rights;and research on the property management of mineral resources etc.There are sorts of different opinions lies in the literature existed,which includes:normalization on the concept of prospecting right and mining right;accurate limitation on the nature of prospectiong right and mining ritht;arrangement and structure of the propperty rights onmineral resources etc,so further theoretical research is urgently needed.
