The evaluation of mineral prospecting and exploitation efficiency in china and study on changing path of mining development model

This paper used SBM-DEA model to measure mineral prospecting and exploitation efficiency of China,then analyzed the change path of provincial development model.Research reveals that:① Mineral prospecting efficiency overall upward trend,mineral exploitation efficiency fluctuates from 2002 to 2011;② There is dislocation phenomenon between Mineral Prospecting and Mineral Exploitation efficiency in three main regions of China;③ Most provinces changed development model to resource-based pattern,only the individual can coordinate development of resources and industry.
