The evaluation of the development ability of public welfare a class geological exploration units in China

At present，the objective and scientific evaluation of the geological exploration units，especially the development of a public capacity of geological exploration units，is an important basis for government to develop geological prospecting industry macroeconomic policies，but also an important guarantee to provide public services.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the public welfare geological exploration units，this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the development ability of the public geological exploration units，the efficacy function method is used for comprehensive evaluation.Select 6 first-class index and 23 second-class index from the geological exploration units of soft and hard development capacity，in the province of three units as samples for empirical analysis.The results are consistent with the reality and can objectively reflect the development level of the public welfare geological exploration unit.
