Research of laying mine construction plan base on CCPM

At present, the mine construction plan is formulated in network planning technique with many faults, such as longer time limit, rigid, and so on. The paper introduces critical chain project management(CCPM)into laying the mine construction plan. Through setting project buffer and feeding buffer, CCPM effectively reduces the influence of uncertainty element, strengthens the plan flexibility and guarantees the construction plan under the determination environment established execute smoothly under the dynamic actual environment.
