STUDY ON THE PRECISION MANAGEMENT OF COAL ENTERPRISES

The paper introduces lean production mode and lean thinking theory,analyzes the problems facing the coal enterpises;overstaffing,rough management and serious waste etc.,proposes the concept of precision management and 9 aspects of the concept.To carry out precision management,the principle of separation of subsidiary departments form the enterpise,quantitative management,standard operation and system optimization should be followed.The paper studies the precision management from the viewpoint of qualitative change & quantitative change and people first.
