    Research on shell material for Inner Mongolia's hematite by direct reduction roasting

    • Direct reduction roasting has advantage in dealing with low-grade hematite. This experiment is supposed to research for a new shell material, which is besmeared onto the surface of suppressed undressed ore, according to direct reduction roasting-grinding-magnetic separation work flow, get the Fe concentrate with both of Fe content and Fe recovery being 90%. The shell material need to have density and intensity in high temperature which could ensure the effect of reduction. The thoughts could improve the low efficiency in tunnel kiln by direct reduction roasting.
