    NEW CHANGES IN THE EMPLOYMENT-CONCEPT OF CHINESE MINER——Based on the Survey of the Labor Marker and HAIZHOU Coal Mine before bankruptcy

    • The situation of employment in the city where resources have been exhausted is the most serious in our country. For the economy-transformation, Fuxin city is the only experimental unit where has been appointed by the government of China among cities where resources have been exhausted. Based on the survey of the Labor Market and staff who were working in HAIZHOU Coal Mine before Bankruptcy, we get the result that Chinese miner's employment-concept has changed in many parts although there still be some problems. The significance of the changes is that the government should adapt to the new changes when they draw up the policies of the reemployment, in order to expand and open the channel of the reemployment.
