DISCUSSION ON FLOTATION MACHINES FOR FINE ORES

It has been stated how to impove the structural characteristics of flotation machines so as to overcome the effects of small mass and large specific surface area of fine particles, and then in-crease the flotation efficiency of fine ores. Recent years have seen several main types of flotation machines for fine ores around the world. They are analyzed and discussed in detail here. Based on the analysis and the discussion, the properties of ideal flotation machines for fine ores are pro-posed.
