Association of the relationship of energy consumption and economic growth in Henan province

With the implementation of the strategy of the rise of the central region, the economic developed rapidly and the consumption of energy has increased in Henan Province. Paper chooses growth index and energy consumption indicators in Henan Province since 2000 economic, using grey relational model for calculating the Henan Province the annual energy consumption and economic growth index, and correlation degree will be ordered according to size. the analysis of energy resources in Henan Province indicts the economic contribution to the growth of degree. The results of the study show that, coal, oil and natural gas consumption and economic growth, including the coal is greatest. However, water electricity has low correlation degree to the Henan Province economic growth. Low energy consumption show that it still not get rid of Henan Province of fossil energy, especially to the dependent on coal. Combining analysis results, this thesis proposes to speed up the development of new energy and realize the energy supply and consumption adjustment and optimization of the diversification of the energy production and consumption structure of Henan Province suggestions and measures.WT
