A review of the researches and the development of the mineral resources law in China since 1949
The Mineral Resources Law of the people's republic of China was promulgated in 1986, after the first amenderment in 1996, the revision of it has been discussing since 2003. This article review the studies on the mineral resources law in China since 1949, analyses the features of the researches and make a detailed explanation of the hot issues in this area.
