    • the content of one Manganese ore In XingYe, GuangXi is about 23.59%, and which mainly exist in the type of pyrolusite and psilomelanite. Nickel is of 0.15% and Cobalt is of 0.07%. By the experiments of ore washing, gravity separation and magnetic separation, the magnetic separating flowsheet of which grinding to -0.8mm, magnetic field intensity of 17000 Oe,one roughing and one cleaning was determined. The manganese concentrate is attained which the grade is of 31.12%,the recovery is of 83.08%,the content of Nickel is of 0.20% and Cobalt is of 0.10%. Calculating with the ore, the recovery of Nickel and Cobalt are 74.61% and 75.25%,it was shown that: by the magnetic separating flowsheet, while the Manganese ore was rationally seperated, the Nickel and Cobalt can also be effectively comprehensive recovered.
