    Study on slope engineering geological model and slope stability of flat rock strata

    • Engineering geological model is base of studying on slope failure pattern and slope stability analysis. This paper illustrated the content of engineering geological model, the basic engineering geological model of bedded rock mass slope, the slope failure of flat rock strata based on achievements of past generations. Based on engineering geological works, the engineering geological model of southeast slope of some surface mine were built after dividing the engineering geological petrofabric and studying on the rock mass structure type and effect of groundwater, the possible failure pattern were analyzed and safety factor were calculated, which were circular sliding and circular-bedding sliding, the slope stability at present and after full extraction of 16# coal seam were evaluated.
