Taxes and fees reform of oil & gas resources in china

In recent years, international crude oil prices continue to soar. The profit of oil companies? has a? substantial growth. A number of problems relating taxes and fees of oil & gas resources are gradually exposed in China; namely low resources taxes and fees, offshore royalty designed unreasonable and so on. This laid the focus on reforming these issues. The present paper analyses taxes and fees status quo of oil and gas resources of China, compares it with the world oil and gas resources taxes and fees, finds out the problems in China's taxes and fees of oil and gas resources, and finally puts forward reform proposals.
