SHELL THEORY AND RESEARCH ON MINE SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Safety management is the important guarantee to prevent casualty and realize zero casualty.the mine accident is usually caused by inadequate understanding of accident occurrence and poor study & practice of safety management.Based on the investigation on mine accident control,the paper proposes a new safety management concept-safety managment sheel,analyzes the deficiency of accident prevention activity by shell theory and points out the study & practice of safety management theory is the prerequisite to establish the mine's satety sell.The paper can help us deepen the understanding on accicent prevention and safety management,stimulate the modernization of enterprise's safety managment and improve modern enterprise's safe production level.
