Hybrid multiple attribute grey target decision making of overseas coal mining investment

Coal mining investment decisions is a very complicated problem,especially for overseas coal mining investment.It involves various factors,and the influence degree is difficult to determine accurately.This paper builds a hybrid multiple attribute grey target decision making model,with uncertain data in interval number and qualitative indicator in fuzzy number,builds a hybrid multiple attribute grey target.Calculate distance to the bull's-eye of each project intends to invest,obtain the optimal project decisions of minimum distance.This paper focus on the underground mining,to analyze the investment decision,in the view of the factors involved vary a lot,in different excavation form of coal mine,and this method is also suitable for opencast conditions.
