ANALYSIS ON THE MODEL OF STATOIL'S HSE CULTURE

The petroleum and the gas industry is a special domain,many kinds of accidents happen frequently.If unique HSE management and cultural management combined to be HSE culture management,it will certainly be the best choice for the developments of petrochemical enterprises.The research on HSE culture management in our country is still in preliminary stage,and also there hasn't been enterprise case which successfully established HSE culture yet.So it is urgent to study outstanding experience from the overseas.The article introduces the model of Statoil's HSE culture for the first time.Through analyzing the building process and structure of the model,several suggestions for the model to be used for reference in our country are proposed.Hope this article will offer some guidance for our petrochemical enterprises' culture management.
