    Research to increase iron recovery of magnetic system in the concentrator

    • This paper presents and discusses the research and results to be made for increasing iron recovery of magnetic system of Baogang Concentrator Plant. The samples are the concentrate and the tailing of low-intensity wet magnetic separation in magnetic system of Baogang concentrator. Reverse flotation is used to treat the concentrate of low-intensity wet magnetic separation. Flotation is used to treat with the tailing of low-intensity wet magnetic separation. The schemes and results of research are analyzed. Iron recovery is 80.13%、iron grade is 62.96%、the total yield of iron concen-trate is 41.69% of ut。It provides an important basis for for increasing iron recovery of magnetic system of Baogang Concentrator Plant in future.
