The countermeasures research into industries transformation and upgrading approaches of maturing resource-based city:take the case of Jixi

In this paper,we will analyze the maturing resource-based city—Jixi's strengths and opportunity area,believing that Jixi should take the transformation model of the combination of industrial extension and industrial substitution,based on analysis developing the predominance of the government and decisive role of market,reinforcing ecological environment conservation and the construction of park and infrastructure projects,intensifying investment invitation and personnel training of industries transformation,encouraging the whole people to propose countermeasure and suggestion of industries transformation and upgrading approaches of Jixi about the entrepreneurship and so on.It has important significance for industries transformation and upgrading of other maturing resource-based cities.
