The research on constructing the evaluate system of natural resource security

In this paper,the concept of the natural resource security has been put forward in this paper. On the basis of clearing the main factors of the natural resource security, the evaluating system which includes 7 first-degree index and 23 second -degree index is constructed, and Assessment grade is classified, and meanwhile, the score values and specific calculation method are given in this paper.
