Analysis of coal mine construction and investment control

The coal industry has entered a mature stage with experienced years of development, the production scale of coal mine is gradually changing to the large-scale mechanized mining, high capital investment has also become the new characteristic of its industry. Thus, from the construction of the mine cycle management and investment process control, integrated management skills and team are required to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of the mine. In this paper, some practical comments on the meticulous management of the coal mine building are put forward from the perspective of mine construction investment control.
