THE STUDY OF INDUSTRY CONVERSION OF RUHR IN GERMANY AND THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE INDUSTRY STRUCTURE——THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LIAONING PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE

Liaoning Province is an important heavy industry base in our country.Because of its abundant in mining resources,the exploitation and utilization of these resources have settled rich foundation for the economic development of the Central and Southern Liaoning Province.However,many problems,which may cause the ruin of the Resources-dependent cities,are brought by un-advanced facilities,lower technology and higher consumption of energy sources.How to solve these problems,and realize the sustainable development of these cities,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the Central and Southern Liaoning Province based on the conversion experience of Ruhr in Germany.Finally,the suggestions on corresponding countermeasures are put forward,such as developing Industrial Aggregation based on the advantage of zone,paying attention to the industrial combination between cities,facilitating transformation of technological productions,creating favorable condition for investment,and so on.
