DISCUSSION ON A SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL STRATEGY TO DEVELOP MINERAL RESOURCES IN SHANXI PROVINCE

Based on the analysis of the current status and primary exsisting problems in developing and using mineral resources,this paper points out 10 important scientific and technical directions to developing mineral resources in Shanxi province,This article also expounds a strategical scientific and technical plan,important science research subjects and their main research content and technical key from strengthening basic theroy,important scientific and technical problems and technical dissemination 3 different research aspects.The strategic implementation plan to ensure developemnt of mineral resources is discussed at the end of this paper.
