The studying on core competence system of coal enterprise under financial crisis environment in China

The core competence cultivation is a important objective of strategy management of coal enterprise in knowledge economy era, and core competence system analysis is the perquisite of its cultivation. The system architecture of core competence has changed under financial crisis environment. The confirmatory factor analysis can reveal the micro-mechanism of core competence system, which may provide realistic theory reference for our coal enterprise to cultivate core competence.
