THE RESEARCH OF MODE AND EXPERIENCE OF ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION IN MIDDLE-AGED MINERAL CITY——Taking Liaoyuan city of Jinlin province as an example

Taking Liaoyuan city of Jilin province for example, this article studies the changing mode of the economics of Liaoyuan city and the experience of escalation in industries structure through analysis the status of resources of the city and the characteristics of industries structure, that is, to construct leading poly-industries systems by taking fully advantage of policies and principles of circulating economics. Meanwhile the authors utilize the theory of industry economics in this article and study the successflu experience of industries structure in developed countries attentively.
