Efficiency evaluating of evolution path and sustainable development of regional mineral resources

Based on the analysis of natural evolutionary path of regional mineral resources,the paper illustrates and analyzes key issues like resource allocation,substitution and recycling,intergenerational allocation of resources and ecological attributes,resource depletion and resource scarcity in the process of sustainable development.And based on simulation data the moderate self-sufficient rate scheme(self-sufficiency rate of 50%-55%) of the specific area,the paper evaluates on the efficiency of the sustainable development of mineral resources by using the DEA method,the conclusion reveals the scale of exploitation of the regional mineral resources under this scenario is becoming more rational and efficient.Finally,putting forward relevant countermeasures that the construction of regional mineral resources development strategy,strengthen resource depletion and much-needed mineral resources,intensify the research on alternative resources and prospecting.And in order to provide basis and reference for the sustainable development of regional mineral resources.
