Study on the flotation rate of flake graphite with different dissemination size

The flake graphite with different dissemination size has different flotation properties.The research on Minqin flake graphite mine (1^#) and Luobei flake graphite mine (2^#) of ore properties and flotation rate were carried out.The graphite scale of 2^# graphite was larger than 1^#.The research of flotation rate demonstrated that flotation rate flotation rate constant increased with the amount of kerosene，the maximum constant is 1.34 min^-1 and 3.04 min^-1，fixed carbon content decreased first and then increased with the increase of the amount of terpene oil，the constant of 2^# graphite was higher than 1^#.The purpose of retrieving part of graphite flake in advance could be achieved by means of controlling scraping time，increasing amount of kerosene，reducing amount of terpene oil.
