Application of vibration monitoring technique for fault diagnosis in emulsifier

Researching the process flow of emulsified explosive production line and emulsifier,this paper introduces the vibration monitoring technique,at the same time,recommends the principle of monitoring、sensor configuration and judgement.Accoording to the IPC and PLC,it designs a fault diagnosis systerm for emulsifier which analyses the viboration signal under the Kingview.The result shows that this system can make a real time fault diagnosis and offers a valid reference to the development direction of safety monitoring and fault diagnosis for emulsified explosive production line.
