Research and design on the intergration mode of administrative examination approval for mines and land

In the current administrative system, the land and resources departments, in their range of duty only, suffer a low efficency from the large quantity of adminitrative examination, approval for mining and the complexty of application documentations. This paper brings forth a intergration mode of adminitrative examination and approval for mines and land,aka the project examination and approval management mode. By intergrating the items in adminitrative examination and approval for mining, opimizing the processes of examination and approval, reducing the documents needed for the applications, this mode eases the burden for both the applicates and the approvers to provide more convinient services and elevate the efficiency in adminitrative examination and approval, which promote the reform for adminitrative management regulations and development of national economy.
