RESEARCH ON ECONOMIC TRANSITION MODE IN COLLIERY CITY

According to the different situations of China's colliery cities,the paper carries on a research on the economic transition mode from four aspects:the transition control methods,industry transition ways,entry points for transition starting and the proper time to begin.Three modes for the transition control methods are put forward,which include government sponsoring,market regulation and the combination of the government sponsoring and market regulation.As for industry transition ways,industry extension,industry updating and multi-industry complexions are pointed out.Besides,three entry modes and three time modes on the economic transition in colliery cities are also put forward,which will solve the strating force and time problems of transition.Entry modes are based on project developing,key-enterprise educating and strengthening,and overall enterprising,And the time modes include whirling mode,middle-transition mode and start mode.Finally a conclusion is drawn,that only the combination of government-sponsor and market regulation can be right transition mode for China.
