STUDY ON REGULARITY OF COAL MINE DECLINE

Through analysis of regularity of coal mine decline,the conclusion is obtained that the decline of a mine is inevitable.To realize a sustainable development,the coal mine must as soon as possible make a strategic plan of production structure readjustment to overcome the difficulty of coal resource limitation and achieve successes in the"second time pioneering".
