Publicity system construction of mining rights obligee's exploring and exploiting information

Ministry of Land and Resources has adopted pilot mining rights annual check reform in three provinces including Hubei province.To ensure the pilot reform is promoted smoothly,the publicity system data model is built and the work flow is analyzed according to the requirement of publicity of mining rights obligee's exploring and exploiting information.Furthermore,functions of the modules,such as the task management of annual check,the management of exploring and exploiting information,are described in detail,and the design of the system architecture is completed.The system has been applied in mining rights annual check reform in Hubei province,acquiring 2676 pieces of mining rights obligee's exploring and exploiting information,which has been brought into the public and accept society supervision.The application of the system provides a demonstration and reference to the national publicity system construction of mining rights obligee's exploring and exploiting information.
