Abstract
Gravity-regrinding-flotation combined processes were adopted to retrieve iron,titanium and phosphor elements based on the analysis of iron tailings properties.Mineral polymer were prepared using ZXW,which was the product of iron tailings after retrieving iron,titanium and phosphor elements.The best experimental condition was fly ash 4.5wb%,ZXW70%,slag 25.5% and liquid/solid 0.22 and the compressive strength of mineral polymer product could reach 10.2 MPa for 3 days,43.4MPa for 28days,which Meet national standards of the compressive strength for slag-fly ash based silicate cement with 425#.
