Suggestions about cultivating talents relying on geological investigation and scientific project and key laboratory

In this paper,the current situation of cultivating talents relying on geological investigation and scientific project and key laboratory in central public-interest geological survey units is analyzed at first.Achievements and questions are also pointed.In allusion to questions,the author emphasized that managing taches must be outstanded during cultivating talents by project and open-flow flat construction must be extruded in course of cultivating talents by key laboratory.Nine pieces of advice are also put forward in the end.
