Review on enhancing separation of fine-disseminated minerals by selective disintegration

Fine-disseminated refractory ore is abundant in china, including many mineral types such as Fe, Cu, Pb-Zn, Au etc. The existing technologies for enhancing separation of fine-disseminated minerals by selective liberation such as horizontal ball mill improving and optimization, improving mineral selective liberation by fine/ultrafine milling, and pretreatment of mineral by microwave to improve mineral disintegration, were depicted, and the developmental trends of these technologies were analyzed.
