ON THE NEW INDEX OF PER CAPITA ORE RESERVE OF MINE OF CHINA'S MINING ENTERPRISE

The paper analyzes and compares the main techno economic index of mining enterprises of certain scale and concludes that the problem concerning the rational control over number of employess of mining enterprises must be addressed should the mine take the road of sustainable development,stimulating the full and rational development of mineral resources and satisfying the market demands.Based on the analysis on information,the paper proposes for the first time that the per capita ore reserve of mine is an important index restricting the rational and sustainable development of mine.The rational arrangement and appropriate regulation & control of per capita ore reserve of mine call for not only research,but also the extensive attention of authorities concerned.
