Study on the development model of the circular economy in mining area based on the material balance principle

Because of non-renewable coal resources, circular economy is an inevitable choice for the development of mining area. In this paper, the material balance principle is introduced, to analyze the channels to use the main waste coming from the process of coal mining, and study on the development model of the circular economy in mining area. Taking Wanbei coal-electricity as an example, its practice in the development of circular economy is analyzed. At last, some suggestions are given in policy、legal、technical and public awareness for circular economy in mining area.
