Study on influence of gypsum on flotation process in the yechangping wolfram-molybdenum ore

There is a super large wolfram-molybdenum ore deposit in Lushi country,Henan Province.Based on main minerals and accompany minerals category and content of samples.We study the impact of processing and gypsum.Hydrolysis reaction of gypsum in the pulp leads to a lot of calcium ions which consumes a lot of reagent,Calcium ions react with NaCO₃ forming calcium hydroxide.the fine grains of calcium hydroxide are prone to cover on the coarse grains which led to reduced separation between minerals,which is one of the most serious reasons of refractory ore.
