STUDY ON CLASSIFICATION OF THE COAL CITIES AND ITS DEVELOPMENT PATHS IN CHINA

According to some principles and rules,the "Three dimension structure model" for classification of coal cities has been put forward.With the model be employed,the fifty coal cities in China have been detailed classified and the modes been identified.The coal cities have been respectively grouped from the prospect of scale,function and location and five compound kinds been plotted out by means of statistical and SOFM artificial network net.At last,the paper discusses the development modes and roads for the five kinds cities.
