Analysis on the Index system development of the small & middle-sized mining enterprises

During the last two decades the information industry has a more important position in the national economy. It promotes other industries a big development. But for the small and middle-sized mining enterprise because of their high profit they are not make serious attention to the information system construction. The thesis introduced the mining enterprises' characteristics made some suggestions for their information construction.the thesis also bring up an idea that alliance is the best for the small & middle-sized mining enterprises.
