    Analysis of the status of management and service of national geological data in “the Twelfth Five-Year Plan” periods

    • This article systematically analyzes and concludes the national geological data administration in 2011~2015from aspects of laws and regulations,information construction,filing and report,services based on social values,and construction of geological collection agencies.During the period of the 12 th Five-Year Plan,land and resources authorities on both ministerial and provincial levels,together with geological collection agencies,improved laws and regulations,attached importance to informatization,intensified filing and report, strengthened professional service, stepped up the development of infrastructure.Therefore,geological administration and service ability increasingly enhanced.The article offers the proposals of improving regulations,as well as innovation mechanism,strengthening the construction of geological data resources,and moving forward with geological data transparency to meet the diversified demands on geological data in the 13 th Five-Year Plan Period.
