Oil gas cooperation restricting factors and development ideas between China and Canada

JZ)China and Canada oil gas cooperation has strong complementary,but outstanding achievements are rare.This paper has combed out the oil gas cooperation between China and Canada since 1993,focused on the analysis the main restricting factors of the oil gas cooperation,then put forward some countermeasures such as promoting the oil gas cooperation by the national relations,constructing the oil gas cooperation dialogue mechanism among China,United States and Canada,establishing and improving the energy cooperation advisory service system and strengthening cooperation project risk assessment and investment economic evaluation.
