Test and research on cement slurry as grouting material for mine roadway surrounding rock

In order to get the cement slurry performance parameters such as viscosity,bleeding rate,solidification body compressive strength,this paper selects two grade of ordinary portland cement-P·O42.5、P·O52.5,six water cement ratio -0.5~1.2 and two kinds of cement admixture-water reducer and setting accelerator to conduct a comprehensive combination test.And it studies the grade of cement,water cement ratio and cement admixture on cement slurry performance improvements.The test results show that,the cement slurry containing 1% water reducer,can significantly reduce the viscosity,and in the premise of good groutability it substantially reduces the water cement ratio,thereby improving compressive strength of cement grout solidification body.
