The improvement in lattice boards of ball mills

For an unreasonable design of the lattice boards,the Φ3600×4500 ball mills is in failure frequently, n this paper,a way to improve the structure of lattice boards is introduced.Bolt holes for securing are moved from the edges of the lattice boards to the center,the clamping beans are removed and manganese steel that the lattice boards are made of is replaced by polyurethane.Through the above improvement the installation of lattice boards becomes firmer,the force of the bolts for securing is reduced and well balanced.Through these improvement,the running ratio of ball mills is significantly increases.
