    Finite element analysis of effect of underground mining on tubular belt based on Midas GTS

    • With the mining of coal resources,more and more building are influenced by the subsidence.For the sake of the normal operation of ash discharge pipe of Gujiao xingneng plant,which pass over the 22620 face of Zhenchengdi colliery,the movement and deformation are predicted based on the finite element analysis software Midas GTS.The forecasts and measured data are compared.The results show that,the numerical model established meet with engineering need.When the working face was advanced to 310 meters,the movement and deformation of belt is greater than the critical deformation value of the regulations.The belt will suffer from mining damage.Protection measures for belt are put forward to ensure the normal operation.
